GHaNA consortium

Presentation

History

GHaNA is a collaborative research program based on a partnership between 22 academic and non academic partners coming from 13 different countries. It is the result of some long going collaborations between researchers from Le Mans and Nantes Universities in France, Cardiff University in the United Kingdom, Karadag Natural Reserve in Ukraine, University of Quebec in Rimouski, Mount Allison and Laval Universities in Canada, which collaborated on a previous European programme FP7-IRSES BIOVADIA (2011-2015). New collaborations were built through student exchanges, with universities of Padjadjaran, Tanjungpura or Brawijaya in Indonesia and University of Saigon in Vietnam. In addition, other long term collaborations, networking and mutual interest for the species model led to the involvment of researchers from universities of Szczecin in Poland, Oran in Algeria or Middle Tennessee, Stony Brook and Arkansas in the USA.
